Top notch customer service! My husband and I were skeptical about our carpets coming clean due to pet stains and teenagers. After Scott was done, it was if we had installed new carpet. Their product left a nice clean aroma and there was no sticky residue at all. They were very punctual and thorough. The tech cleaned my carpets so good! They smell amazing and he got all the pet odor out of the carpets! I only had a few stains and he was able to get rid of those completely! He took his time and done a great job! He was very polite and courteous! He checked over my carpets several times before leaving to be sure everything looked great and the smell was gone! The best part about the job is that the floors dry extremely fast and I was so pleased about that! I will definitely be using this company again soon to maintain my clean carpets! A very positive experience with a most cordial and friendly young man who came to clean all of our upstairs carpets. We did have two area rugs that had some dog urine stains and odor, which was improved slightly, but unfortunately the odor is still present. I would still recommend this company.

Marie was great! She kept in touch with me about her arrival time, and was there when she said she would be. We had our living room carpet done and let me tell ya, it's like it's brand new. Some stains that I've been trying to get out for a year are gone! Like they were never there. She was great with my dog, as well :) will definitely share her info with my friends and family.

These guys cleaned a sectional and 4 area rugs in my home. They did a wonderful job, everything looks great. I contacted them last minute and they were able to squeeze me in before in-laws arrived. They were on time, very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
