Thank you, Marie! Marie called to let me know she was on her way as scheduled to my house to clean my (what I thought was ruined) rug. She saw the rug I needed cleaned and let me know that it was smaller than what I thought and didn't need to be flushed as I thought it needed. She didn't just save me money, and clean my very expensive pooped on rug, she was a joy to have in our home. Very personable and easy to talk to. She made my rug cleaning experience an absolute easy and fun time. I will definitely call her in the future for any and all carpet cleaning needs.

Marie was great! She kept in touch with me about her arrival time, and was there when she said she would be. We had our living room carpet done and let me tell ya, it's like it's brand new. Some stains that I've been trying to get out for a year are gone! Like they were never there. She was great with my dog, as well :) will definitely share her info with my friends and family.

This is a great carpet cleaning service. I had no idea. Marie came alone so I was a little worried. I shouldn't have been. She worked a few miracles for me. They do not steam clean the carpet; this is a low-moisture cleaning service. I am so pleased first with Marie and then the service. I highly recommend this service and I will not use anyone else. A very positive experience with a most cordial and friendly young man who came to clean all of our upstairs carpets. We did have two area rugs that had some dog urine stains and odor, which was improved slightly, but unfortunately the odor is still present. I would still recommend this company.
