She saw the rug I needed cleaned and let me know that it was smaller than what I thought and didn't need to be flushed as I thought it needed. She didn't just save me money, and clean my very expensive pooped on rug, she was a joy to have in our home. Very personable and easy to talk to. First time using them and it was a great experience. Marie was awesome. She explained what she was going to do and took the time to get some pretty heavy stains out. I wish I had a before and after picture to post, but I have two large dogs and had plenty of paw prints and large areas of dirt/clay. It looks like brand new carpet. I highly recommend.
