Called at the last minute and they were able to come same day! Selling my house and needed it to look and smell perfect for next day! Scott and Maria came late in the day and worked until the job was finished. They were professional, right on time and made my carpets look and smell like new. Thank you, Marie! Marie called to let me know she was on her way as scheduled to my house to clean my (what I thought was ruined) rug. She saw the rug I needed cleaned and let me know that it was smaller than what I thought and didn't need to be flushed as I thought it needed. She didn't just save me money, and clean my very expensive pooped on rug, she was a joy to have in our home. Very personable and easy to talk to. She made my rug cleaning experience an absolute easy and fun time. I will definitely call her in the future for any and all carpet cleaning needs.

A very positive experience with a most cordial and friendly young man who came to clean all of our upstairs carpets. We did have two area rugs that had some dog urine stains and odor, which was improved slightly, but unfortunately the odor is still present. I would still recommend this company.
