We used Heavens Best to steam clean the carpets of our new home. Marie was great at communicating when she would arrive so someone would be there. She also did a magnificent job on our carpets. Marie was super great! She was on time, friendly, understanding, helpful, and did a great job. I have a shag rug and two inside dogs...my rug is a beige and grey color. Put two and two together, after a few months it needed a good clean! It looks brand new! I have already recommended to family and friends, so I most definitely would recommend to anyone! First time using them and it was a great experience. Marie was awesome. She explained what she was going to do and took the time to get some pretty heavy stains out. I wish I had a before and after picture to post, but I have two large dogs and had plenty of paw prints and large areas of dirt/clay. It looks like brand new carpet. I highly recommend.
