This is a great carpet cleaning service. I had no idea. Marie came alone so I was a little worried. I shouldn't have been. She worked a few miracles for me. They do not steam clean the carpet; this is a low-moisture cleaning service. I am so pleased first with Marie and then the service. I highly recommend this service and I will not use anyone else. Top notch customer service! My husband and I were skeptical about our carpets coming clean due to pet stains and teenagers. After Scott was done, it was if we had installed new carpet. Their product left a nice clean aroma and there was no sticky residue at all. They were very punctual and thorough. Our Technician , Colin, did a SPECTACULAR job! He was on time, friendly, and, worked for 3 solid hours on 6 rooms, 2 flights of stairs, an area rug and living room furniture. A very positive experience with a most cordial and friendly young man who came to clean all of our upstairs carpets. We did have two area rugs that had some dog urine stains and odor, which was improved slightly, but unfortunately the odor is still present. I would still recommend this company.
