We used Heavens Best to steam clean the carpets of our new home. Marie was great at communicating when she would arrive so someone would be there. She also did a magnificent job on our carpets. She was great at explaining what she did to our carpets and instructions on how to take care of them in the future. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone!

Marie was super great! She was on time, friendly, understanding, helpful, and did a great job. I have a shag rug and two inside dogs...my rug is a beige and grey color. Put two and two together, after a few months it needed a good clean! It looks brand new! I have already recommended to family and friends, so I most definitely would recommend to anyone! A bonus for me is the company first opened in my home area, Taylors SC!

Thank you, Marie! Marie called to let me know she was on her way as scheduled to my house to clean my (what I thought was ruined) rug. She saw the rug I needed cleaned and let me know that it was smaller than what I thought and didn't need to be flushed as I thought it needed. She didn't just save me money, and clean my very expensive pooped on rug, she was a joy to have in our home. Very personable and easy to talk to. She made my rug cleaning experience an absolute easy and fun time. I will definitely call her in the future for any and all carpet cleaning needs.

A very positive experience with a most cordial and friendly young man who came to clean all of our upstairs carpets. We did have two area rugs that had some dog urine stains and odor, which was improved slightly, but unfortunately the odor is still present. I would still recommend this company.
