effective low moisture cleaning resulting in almost no downtime waiting for carpet to dry. Tech was on time, price very favorable and courteous phone connections with the business. i don't have any comparison as to other carpet cleaners though, but are carpets look cleaner

From my initial phone call I was treated so kind. The young men that cleaned my carpets were great! So professional and polite! My two area rugs look so much better! I would highly recommend this company.

After researching and reading the reviews for Heaven's Best, I knew these were the guys for me to do the job. The owner, Dan was great as he set up the appointment and then the day of notifying me of the time and being prompt. Dan and Scott are very outgoing guys, explained to me their process and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the finished product. I had them do my upholstery and rug cleaning, and then had them come back to do my tile in the front foyer and kitchen. I highly recommend these guys!

I read many reviews that was so positive. All the comments were dead on. Scott arrived with a positive attitude and accessed what needed be done and he got to work. He is a very nice friendly pleasant person, who didn't mind conversing with my husband and myself. He did a great job,my carpets smell good, look good and feel so clean on my bare feet. Top notch customer service! My husband and I were skeptical about our carpets coming clean due to pet stains and teenagers. After Scott was done, it was if we had installed new carpet. Their product left a nice clean aroma and there was no sticky residue at all. They were very punctual and thorough. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and WILL be a returning customer for sure. Just ask for Dan or Scott.
